10/10 Excellent

"The bed was comfortable. Everything worked properly . It was clean everywhere. It was within close walking distance to a lot of places. I wish the room was bigger but we had plenty of closet space and dresser space and storage for suitcases. The pool was a warm temperature The hot tub had a little too much chemicals , it made me itchy Kids at the pool were all over and splashing all over, parents not concerned about other people. After 4 days breakfast choices got a little old but it was all good Staff were very friendly. Access to river out back with benches were very nice and relaxing. Parking good I would stay here again."

"First time at a Margaritaville Hotel and it was fantastic. We will definitely start staying at them in the future. The pool/pools both indoor and outdoor were perfect for the kids and adults. This place is a must to relax at after an exhausting day in the Gatlinburg area. Free breakfast was great and the outdoor bar restaurant was a great place for adult beverages. The rooms were nice and big and nicely decorated. Our only complaint is make sure you ask for a room that doesn’t have an adjoining room. The first night the kids and adults next door were talking and their voices came right through the door and we could hear every word. The next two nights had a businessman who woke us up with loud conference calls starting at 7:00am. Once again we had to listen to both ends of the conversation until we could get out of there for the day. That’s my only complaint. The pass through doors are the problem because we heard nothing from the room on the other side of us which was occupied. We would definitely stay again but just not in a room that joined another."

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean. We chose not to have daily cleaning service so we placed the towels and trash outside the door each day. We asked for more each day and sometimes they weren't enough. We had request extra toilet paper but that wasn't their fault. They weren't coming into the room. There appeared to be a bit of communication issue. It wss difficult for them to understand us sometimes. Breakfast wss good."
