The staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated very much. The room smelled weird and wasn’t that clean. There was cigarette smoke constantly in the halls that also drifted into my room. The area and the property is rather noisy. It was a very walkable area with lots of shops and dining options though. Visitors should be aware that the bus system doesn’t operate (or is very limited) on weekends.

Basic hotel close to the bus station and easy access to the city centre. Nice staff, ok room but very iffy shower. Water can be dangerously hot and showerhead likely to move unexpectedly!

Good value overnight stop
It was very good value for what I paid. Near to the coach station. I arrived late and left early to catch my bus . Had I not I would have popped down to reception for a sink plug.

Front desk staff loud talking among them ignoring the clients. Also front desk lady smoking right at the entrance door in full disregard iof client. Toilet paper very small rolls. Room not service if you are not out by 2pm. We love the bed.

Hotel is a bit outdated, lots of noise from the restaurant below our room. Bed are a bit hard and pillows could be softer. Great for the price, and lots of restaurants near by.

A distinct lack of restaurants, cafes. No one speaks much English (although that's not their fault), definitely not a tourist destination. Lovely people though who are very helpful but you need the help of Google Translate.

Felt safe in this area restaurant was good tea a bit pricey. Staff was helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Spoke enough english to help in all situation.

Perfect for our needs
We needed a place near the bus station for an early morning bus. This was close. But we never expected it to be perfect for our simple needs. Clean, quiet, comfortable & efficient. Check in & out was professional, warm& fast.

Much better than expected!
Much better than I expected this hotel is very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. There was a patio outside our room which was nice but could’ve been better with a chair or two, but it was still nice to stand out there and look over the street. Would recommend!

Nice hotel,
The hotel is very central . The all the staff were very nice and helpful. Our visit were extended twice with no problem. Only thing more we would have found helpful, would have been a mini fridge and better WiFi signal . We ended up on the third floor from the second and the WiFi signal was very weak.
