"Be aware of extra security deposits, of $150 and $200, which although refundable, it will take some time to get back, depending on your bank. The whole environment was disappointing, to say the least, the pillows were dirty, there was no toilet paper and because the room was pet friendly and on the outside part, we couldn’t sleep until the early morning hours, listening to people outside talking and laughing until 2 am. The beds were too high and the mattress uncomfortable. "

"Never book in this hotel worse choice ever ,was ants on bed, floors terrible smells in bedroom ,mold in bathrooms "

"This house is in the perfect location on the main river. The house and kitchen are well appointed for any length of stay. We saw so many manatees, a river otter and a pair of dolphins. The weather was rainy one day and the screened porch was the ideal location to sit and relax while still enjoying the river view. Karen is a fantastic host. She was very responsive to my questions and so kind. We can’t wait to return!"

"Property is old but well maintained. Only complaint was noisey air conditioning unit in room. Otherwise room was kept clean and bed and sheets comfortable. "
