"This is a great space for a night or two. The bed was comfortable, the house was clean. If I could recommended a couple things to make the stay more comfortable it would be better pillows and a key for the door. I felt like I needed to bring all my belongings with me when I left because I couldn’t lock the door for the day. Also, maybe a small TV and a mini fridge would have been lovely. All in all though, it was a great stay and worked out perfectly for my needs. "

"This unique house is in a quaint neighborhood. It is a aviation neighborhood, so has a few planes going in and out which the kids enjoyed watching. House was about 20 minutes from Louisville and 17 from Boulder reservoir. It was nice to be in an area away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities."

"First, the condo was very clean and presented well. Our family of grown kids, spouses, and grandchildren stayed there together and the four bedrooms perfectly met our needs. We each had enough private space, and the added basement bedroom with extra living space/bathroom allowed us all to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, and the showers all had complimentary toiletries. It made for a nice family weekend as we celebrated a family wedding."

"The house was nice and had all of the amenities we needed. The lake across the street had a trail all the way around and was nice to walk around. My son enjoyed fishing in it as well! The view across it was beautiful. It was centrally located to all that we needed. We would stay here again."

"The home is very nice and well kept but the back yare is nothing but dirt and offers no outdoor usage. some outdoor furniture and a grill would be a very nice addition at a minimal cost. The furniture/seating area in living room offers very minimal seating and is worn out and stained, a maximum of 4 can view TV at one time and not very comfortably. The leasing service should respond back when called rather that ignoring tenants concerns."

"This townhome is close to the airport and was easy to get to. There are plenty of beds for a family to stay. Host communication was quick and outstanding! Thank you"

"The unit having a garage was such a plus. The place is also 1 block away from a Lvl 2 charger ( first 6 hrs free). Walking distance to lots of great places to eat. The toiletries available were a nice plus. Only two things to improve on. 1. A blind on the entryway door would be nice for safety. 2. The pillows could be a bit nicer. Way to soft. Overall, really great place to stay that is close to Boulder but in a quieter location. Would book again"

"I titled my stay as fantastic because, our stay was fantastic. We came to visit my grandson for his birthday, because he's stationed in the US AirForce. This place not only provided the space we needed it also allowed us to be close enough to Wyoming where he's stationed. The neighborhood was quiet, the place was very clean, it smelled clean when we walked in, and provided everything we needed. It will be a place we will hopefully be able to reserve again for his birthday next year. Thanks to...

"This property was very comfortable, roomy, well decorated and furnished and private. We used it for a couple of days of activities in the Longmont, Loveland, and Windsor areas. We biked on a couple of beautiful trails and were able to safely and easily store our bikes in the back yard."

"My son had his bachelor party trip and stayed here with friends. Plenty of space for all of the guys. Nice backyard but definitely surrounded by many close homes. They had a great time on their trip and he even got to go to Estes Park a couple of times. It was an easy location and easy check in. Coffee maker was broken but no other major issues. They had an absolute blast and enjoyed watching movies in the theater also. Thanks for the stay!"
