"We loved the cottage! The bay was so close that even when you were inside you felt like you were on the beach. The sunsets were AMAZING. The neighbors were very quiet, the beach was private and the cottage was clean- leading to a nice, relaxing trip full of kayaking, fishing, reading on the beach and floating on the bay. Mathews area is our favorite spot due to the close proximity to groceries, restaurants and day trips. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the “beach house getaway”. The location is quiet and secluded yet within easy access to stores and restaurants. We had fun exploring Mathews and the surrounding area. The house is very comfortable and inviting. My husband had a great time crabbing and fishing along the shore. It was so relaxing to just sit and look out over the water or by a fire in the fire pit. Most importantly Tas was a wonderful host and was so very easy to communicate with. We would certainly return"
