"The room was very clean. The pool was warm and very enjoyable. The view from our room was amazing, looking down over Liberty and the mountains. My only complaint was that the bed was too firm for me. Also the breakfast was sort of mediocre."

"The views were absolutely stunning, incredibly relaxing environment, the staff were friendly & the restaurant was delicious. My only complaint was the pillows/bed were uncomfortable. BUT. Everything else the lodge offered completely overshadowed that and we would 100% stay again. Already planning a return trip!"

"We enjoyed the covered dock and the ability to swim at the dock. We were able to keep our pontoon boat on site , making for lots of fun on the water. The location was a great and near a local marina.Great area to walk around strolling with grandbabies. The kitchen pots and pans need updating. The non-stick coatings were badly scratched and some had burnt areas that we could not clean, so they were unusable. The carafe for the coffee maker could not be found so the larger coffee maker was unusable. It would be helpful for there to be cabinet/counter space for visitors food supplies.We spent lots of time at the dock and on the deck enjoying the view. The neighbors were very friendly! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again."

"Communication was perfect. The cabin was perfectly stocked clean and extremely comfortable. This place was so peaceful and relaxing and was just perfect for our trip. It exceeded our expectations and we will book again. We relaxed enjoyed the amazing lakefront views. We spent time on the dock and in the water and had coffee and breakfast on the great deck every morning. 100 percent recommend this place!"

"The check-in process was smooth and all amenities were as described. Even with the low water level in the lake this year, there was still plenty of depth for our boat to dock. The views of Smith Mountain across the water are incredible!"

"The view was spectacular and this part of the lake was very quiet and peaceful. We really got a chance to unwind and simply breathe fresh air. Definitely worth visiting. The host was very responsive and quick to answer questions. Highly recommend this cabin."

"It is our second summer in a row at this property at Smith Mountain Lake. Everyone enjoyed being at the house again. The kids loved swimming in the pool and eating smores. The location is very peaceful but still well located near the state park, grocery store and marina. Thanks for another wonderful stay."
