With a secluded location in the heart of nature, this idyllic rental promises a unique, private experience with the perfect blend of boho and industrial decorative flair. Inside, you\`ll find an elegantly decorated home that draws on earth tones and natural fibers to create a cozy cabin feel. This eclectic design provides an intimate atmosphere for relaxation or socializing. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, offering two queens, one on the primary level and the other upstairs. The third room holds two full beds, accommodating up to six guests. Please note as much as we love animals, this property is not pet-friendly. A functional kitchen (note: no dishwasher- but that is what your husband\`s for) with the bonus of an outdoor gas grill steps away will make dinner a snap. Afterward, gather around the fire pit to relish memories of the day that will last a lifetime. We provide two paddleboards for thrill-seekers and water lovers so that you can take advantage of the lake right at your doorstep. And for those who love a sweet treat, keep your ears open for the familiar melody of the ice cream boat that comes by seasonally. Despite its secluded feel, this lake house is conveniently located near the grocery store, various restaurants, and retail stores. After a day out, unwind in our lower-level movie and game room, equipped with Wi-Fi and foosball for your entertainment. Enjoy the beauty of Smith Mountain Lake in our Boho Bungalow. House Rules for Your Stay Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age. Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction. It was perfect for a long weekend for our family. The house is clearly well maintained. The inside is freshly painted, and decorated with new nick-nacks, light fixtures and hardware are also new. The lack of direct sun made the water cold. We ended up renting a boat to find a better swimming spot. The house itself is old and outdated, and the shower drains slowly.
