"Delightful resort surrounded by tropical jungle. The high elevation meant you could open the windows and just let the cool evening breezes carry the sounds of nature. The rooms were huge and service was excellent. The fixtures were dated however, but that's my only criticism."

The bathroom needed attention to the area around the tub and large ants came out in numbers from gaps in the shower tiles. When staying at country hotels and inns in Thailand, guests should understand that insects etc are part of the experience, as we do. We enjoyed our stay and be sure to specify what you want for breakfast as we were served huge helpings of all the items on the menu and were not able to do justice to all the food. "

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the golden pine resort , the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was very tasty and much food to choose from , the swimming pool was large and clean for a relaxing swim after a day of sight seeing , the staff were very helpful and kind people , The resort is just out of the city with rice farming around and views of the mountains , it was nice and quiet at this resort .
