Rooms are ok but bathroom was dirty. Closet broken as well as rack for hanging towels. Pool has a spectacular view but extremely limited opening hours. Breakfast very basic. The room was less than basic, uncomfortable hard mattress (and I've lived in Thailand for many years), 1 small pillow, no toiletries, not so clean room, dusty balcony, wood chairs no pillows. Breakfast was terrible. I understand 100% they don't offer breakfast buffet in these difficult times (it felt like we were the only guests), but Nescafe and Coffee Mate?? We are in the coffeeland! The quality of the food was bad, with the exception of 2 super fresh eggs from the roaming hens. Pool far from room (but looked good). Room said to include minibar but didn't. No room service - had to ask 3 times to get new water. Room pictures had a chair for working at the desk, but there was only a small stool, not ideal for work. Bathroom had a prison vibe.
