The staff provided the area map around the hotel including all the important information such as where to eat, laundry, attractions etc, which is very helpful. However, the house keeping forgot to clean our room the second day in our stay, which left us with no clean towels and toilet paper, I talked to the front office, she immediately brought me all the items. A Hostel style room as well full service Rooms. Both are clean and well maintained. The Staff are efficient and friendly. You are within walking distance of the inner city attractions like the Clock Tower, Night Bazzar and Walking Street.
