Great Hotel

Great hotel for our stay. Stayed in Himble area for family get together. Breakfast was the best free breakfast I've had from a Hotel in the Humble area and I've stayed at several. Nice gym and very nice pool.

Pros: Comfort of the room
Location: Seems to be a location for business travels. Not familiar w houston to know where activities are
Easy to find. Very Courteous staff upon arrival and departing. Very accommodating

Functional but Uninspiring

Pros: Room, bed, free WIFI, spacious rooms
Cons: Shuttle bus was hit and miss, choice of food very limited and nothing else nearby, breakfast uninspiring
Location: Very near the airport but very little to do around the hotel, you definitely need a car to get anywhere even remotely interesting.
Shuttle bus unreliable on arrival (had to call them 3 times before it actually arrived), rooms spacious but lots of aircraft noise, breakfast lacks choice but OK, other food options very poor, no room service, "Market" food just snacks. Very convenient for airport, staff pleasant in a slightly insincere way. Beds are comfortable, but no water in the rooms. WIFI generally reliable and is free. If you want somewhere basic but functional and clean, and near IAH, this is a good choice but there are several others nearby so check prices.

Great for Business travel near Bush airport(AIH)

Pros: very good hotel near the airport. Shuttle and breakfast if very good.
Location: Good Eats is a good restaurant less than a mile.
Had a very good stay 5 nigths. Good breakfast and shuttle service.

Fabulous 3 star hotel

Pros: Proximity to the airport. The room was very clean and spacious.
Cons: Difficult time giving my child a bath as no tub. No issues with shower only, just wish the shower head was a hand held. Breakfast options not great.
Location: Just a 5 minute drive to the airport. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
Pros: Probably one of the best 3 star hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Loved the very modern feel and look. Huge walk in closet! AND, you can't beat the price. Cons: The airplanes flying over non-stop was a bit annoying but expected due to the proximity to the airport. The breakfast offerings were limited. Available were waffles, sausage gravy and biscuit, and eggs. Would have been quite happy with just a standard breakfast offering of eggs with bacon/sausage links on the side. All in all had a very nice stay. Would definitely go back.

Apparently park and fly policy has changed and had to argue with front staff to get what was promised

Easy airport shuttle. Room clean and bright - recently rennovated? Staff friendly and helpful. Reasonable free breakfast. Exercise room OK - equipment seemed to be in need of maintenance/replacement. Small bar area, with slow service.
