« Very clean. Close to Homestead (10 min walk?). Full kitchen, big dining table suitable for working, comfortable TV room, comfortable bedrooms. Minor issue with hot water not working in rear 2nd floor shower (worked fine in other baths). Only big issue was the rear door to house/kitchen was not lockable, which is a security issue, and the lack of communications from the manager when we raised it. She texted regularly and well initially (very accessible), but after the door lock problem was...

« We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

« Horific experience. They posted the picture of the lodge and mplied it was walking distance to the "Lodges \~Ski Trails" It is not. It is a dump of a place, across from a industiral site, which is a 50 minute drive from the lodge in the posing. The seller did not like my overly angry compliants; but said it was too bad for me. « Our stay at Danny’s rental was excellent. He provided wonderful communication, was attentive and quick to respond when needed, and the check-in process was a breeze. The apartment was clean, modern, and the arcade and board games were a hit with my nephews! There were some necessities provided, like a keurig and some coffee K-cups, plenty of plates/cups/utensils, a hair dryer, soap and travel shampoo/conditioner, and it’s helpful there is a washer and dryer with detergent provided if needed.
