Located on a scenic and serene 200-acre property just minutes from Downtown Lexington, VA, you'll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning mountain views. Our luxury cottages feature top-of-the-line amenities including a wet bar, luxurious bedding, heated bathroom floors, and a private porch. Each of our cottages comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or an outdoor adventure, our cottages are the perfect retreat for any occasion. Book your stay today and experience the beauty of Big Spring Farm.  
Please follow these rules throughout your stay:  
  
\- No smoking on the property, including e-cigarettes.   
\- Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No loud music, parties, events or disruptive behavior.  
\- Please remove your shoes when entering the cottage.   
\- No pets are allowed on the property except by pre-approval only.  
\- Fires are only permitted in the fire pit.  
\- Parties are NOT permitted. Please limit unregistered guests to two additional people.  
\- If you eat outside, make sure that food waste is disposed of properly so we don’t attract unwelcome animal attention.  
\- When leaving the cottage, please turn off lights to conserve energy.  
\- If something is broken or damaged, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.  
\- Please be respectful of the cottage and treat it with care. We want to ensure that all our guests arrive to a clean, happy, and inviting space!
