He provided wonderful communication, was attentive and quick to respond when needed, and the check-in process was a breeze. The apartment was clean, modern, and the arcade and board games were a hit with my nephews! There were some necessities provided, like a keurig and some coffee K-cups, plenty of plates/cups/utensils, a hair dryer, soap and travel shampoo/conditioner, and it’s helpful there is a washer and dryer with detergent provided if needed. The location was perfect for what we needed, quiet and private but close proximity to restaurants, stores, etc. No complaints here, we’ll definitely plan to stay again when we’re back in town visiting family! ##### Susanna D.
