"Room was nice and updated, shower opened the wrong way so had to get wet while adjusting temperature before fully jumping in. The roof was leaking terribly next to our room but thankfully water stayed out. Trash cans outside were mountains. Okay place for what your pay, I would likely stay again if needing a cheap hotel. Breakfast was ok."

"The property is run down from the outside, not anything close to what was advertised in Expedia(where I booked)...Upon arrival @ the property, I was attended as if I was ordering fast food by the drive-thru. I was outside in the cold, the lady was inside and door was locked, attending to me through the window. I have never seen this kind of hotel check-in in my life..Customer Service was negative O. The lady @ the front was extremely rude and won't book me and family because I booked one room with 2 beds for myself, spouse and 3 daughters (minors). She insisted I book an extra room for my 3 kids(ages 8 to15). I declined and cancelled my reservation. Horrible experience and I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE EVEN IF IT IS FOR FREE.. "
