The staff was rude. They kept closing water slide because they didn’t have a staff member to sit in and watch. The staff that was there were always on phone and not in pool area anyway. It was NY day and water slide was closed. Brutal!

Hotel was what we needed for a stay with our three kids. The suite with kitchen was great to have to be able to cook some meals and store leftovers to save some cash. Pool was also good for the kids. Just don’t expect luxury. The hotel looks like it’s getting tired. The space is still pretty clean and well put together but repeated repairs are starting to show. A solid 7/10.

Nice and clean, easy check in. Unfortunately it’s hockey season and the pool was overrun with 11 year old boys and my 4&5 year olds couldn’t enjoy the pool facility.
