"The location was great: 2-3 blocks from Capitol. The Internet was extremely slow. If you want to use it, you need to pay a lot. The 'free' password did not work. Nothing is included. Parking is $45/night, but is not mentioned when booking the room. The room lacked a robe, lotion. You could tell that it was prepared in a hurry. If you have to call the hotel for any reason, be prepared to get a 1800... sales number, to wait, be disconnected and repeat the whole cycle again. There is no direct number to the reception/front desk. The restaurant/tavern on the 1st floor was very, very slow, yet expensive. Be prepared to wait for an hour in the morning just for eggs, pancakes and coffee. Staff appear to be nice, but only because they are waiting for tips. "

"Our room was very spacious and for the most part clean. The hotel could use a few updates to the cabinets and furnishings. However, it was okay considering the price. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to the interstate. The breakfast was mediocre. "

"Room 321 had bug beds. Staff person Mo, laughed and did want to move us at first. Basically I had to demand to get changed. Was grated the change to room 403. Found that room to be filthy and smelly. I have pictures to prove the bed bugs and the room bed filthy. Would not recommend staying here. Quite frankly I want a refund. "

"We found all the amenities we expected and even more. Full stacked kitchen, comfy dining room, 2 good size bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer, dryer, living room with a nice fireplace. Home away from home!"
