"Staff was nice, also great to have the restaurant on site. Though the breakfast advertised on the picture upon arrival was not what was offered. Disappointed with that."

"The double room was fine for what we paid for the night. We needed a bed(s) for the night and this Inn fit the bill. If you wanted to be wined and dined, go to another facility. The Inn was dated to the 70's but we were not there for the fancy rooms. Room was nice and warm. Air conditioning was available but not required. Standard fridge and micro wave for a motel. Only had tea available in the room and coffee available in the office. Breakfast available only a short distance away ( about 5 minutes ). Small TV with limited channels on cable. Inn was quiet with a few other guests. No bathroom fan available in this particular unit. ( NOT broken, None Installed ) Located in a small university town with the usual eateries close to the Inn. I would stay here again mainly because of the very reasonable price charged for the night. Beds were comfortable. Only staff that I dealt with was the check in/out manager. Available by phone after hours and probably in person to deal with any problems. Parking available immediately in front of the unit. Inn was easy to fine near the main highway but we did not detect any traffic noise."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Moncton. We were only in Moncton for one night as we were driving on to Nova Scotia the next day, but we wished we had stayed longer. The staff were great, the room was very nice and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Moncton."

"Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great service from Baton Rouge. Even if you can’t get a reservation you can order food up to your room from the restaurant, and the food is fantastic. However the room was slightly small in comparison to some of the other surrounding hotel’s rooms, and the bathroom did not have a fan, so if someone used the bathroom, the smell lingered. The rooms also had a slight smell like a hockey bag, could tell it was used before by an athlete and they just aired their bags out in the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Many places within walking distance so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking in the middle of downtown."
