You are paying for the location and view. The place needs some attention. The baseboards were very dirty, carpet with stains, and grout in bathroom with mold. The pull out bed has to be put away with finesse. As long as you know what you are paying for before arrival. They view is amazing and you can’t get much better of a location. ##### Rheta K. Chose a condo over a hotel for the space, kitchen and affordability. Arrived at the unit after dark so it wasn’t till sunrise that we got to see the amazing view. Unit was like the pictures. Was clean and well stocked. 2 blocks to beach. The little coffee shop downstairs came in handy too. Only thing I would mention about unit is the bidets seat was kind of small, I did enjoy the heated seat. The air conditioner is older and loud and was leaking on the balcony. The building itself is also older. The hallways could use a paint job and there was one scary elevator with tarps hung up in it and it kept stopping on weird floors and not going again. One fun fact is that the unit faces the small zoo and we got to hear the monkeys almost everyday, made it seem much more tropical! Thanks Jan ##### Jan P. Easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking pass was great as this was our first time on Oahu and we did all the tourist sights. We enjoyed our stay and this property met our requirements for the first part of our Hawaiian vacation. I would consider renting again when we return to Oahu. We were there for daughters wedding at the Beach House which is just a few steps away, so it was very convenient. Plenty of space for 4. The second shower and bathroom was a must. While it did have basic needs in the kitchen, we did find it to be the sparsest offering of any of our rentals in the past year. Not having a dishwasher was only a minor inconvenience, but it could be a big deal to some people. Overall, our stay was great, but the property was just okay. ##### Carie F. You get to see the sunrise every morning and a great view of the ocean! The kitchen had all the necessities. It could have used some Saran Wrap, Tin foil and zip lock bags but no a huge problem just things you don’t think to grab when getting groceries. Rooms were a good size. I did laundry once (which is in same floor) to wash some towels and few clothes. Elevators were fast. Location is very central, 3 minute walk to beach. Our kids really enjoyed the pool area as well. You had a choice of walking down Waikiki or a short distance past the zoo to all the local eateries and shopping. Just at end of Waikiki so you are out of the crowd. It had free parking which is unheard of in Waikiki. That was such a plus and made it so hassle free. I liked ghat you can park right next to elevator that goes straight up to your room. No need to transfer to another elevator. Had everything you needed with a beautiful view of Diamond Head. They were always available when needed.
