Hotel was located by the beach, so easy access. And close to all shops and restaurants. Very convenient location. Property was well maintained and staff were friendly. I had a very enjoyable stay here

We always stay here. Perfect location. You have the beach on one side and great shopping across the street. The restaurants at the hotel are great. You can sit in the rocking chairs and watch the day go by, total relaxation!

Unbelievable doesn’t even begin to describe the property. We love the historical hotel and that they maintain its culture. The staff is a true example of what hospitality is all about! We came with our two kids and loved the direct access to the beach, the indoor staff and that we were all able to sit back and relax.

Moana Surfrider is always an excellent hotel to stay at. It is in a great location, staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. On top of that, you can’t beat being right on the beach.

I liked the look of the newly renovated hotel. I like that the rooms are cleaned every day. I am not an early riser and that became an issue with the cleaning staff. But otherwise, it is a beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of Waikiki

This is a beautiful historic hotel but being historic has super pricy rooms for little to no access to amenities on property. Very small rooms, tiny bathroom, small pool with little availability to use (we actually couldn't). The beach is steps away but crowded as the location is in the heart of a very busy high end shopping area of the city. You'll have to be very patient to get a seat at the beautiful outside bar/restaurant and limited menu. Great location for heading out of the city to see the sites, Polynesian Cultural Center, North Shore, and Dole Plantation about an hour. Pearl Harbor and Punch Bowl Veterans Cemetery about 30 minutes. International shopping plaza/mall/park garage is conveniently located across the street. Westin has done the best they could with a historic property.

Rooms were clean EVERY DAY. Staff was friendly. Shops are all there in front of the hotel. Excellent location. Restaurants etc. Breakfast was alright. Ordered the waffle and got ONE piece(not full 4 piece). Makes no sense at all. Ended up ordering 4 pieces!

What a great place. The surfrider is very centrally located, easy to walk to evrything Waikiki. It has a very Hawaiian, open air, charm to and is located right on the beach. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.
