The air conditioner does not work properly. It needs to be replaced with a unit twice as big. We couldn’t even sleep We should’ve been refunded our entire stay we had to leave ##### Aaron U. The Murphy bed was not expected, worth the large gap at the head that"ate" pillows and wasn't super comfortable. The shower door and nozzle needed work arounds to use but we were able to figure out those. The biggest challenge was that, while we had the air conditioner on, the ceiling fan on, and an additional fan going at night, it never cooled to a comfortable sleeping temperature. It was loud and obviously working hard, but just couldn't cut it. We lived the location and staff. The parking isn't great unless you have a super small vehicle since they have very limited spots, but we used the zoo parking most of the time. We did enjoy our time, but just felt the place needed a few fixes. ##### pam m. The location couldn’t be better. We had a small issue and it was handled so quickly by our host. The Grand Waikiki Hotel staffs was courteous and helpful. The roof deck was perfect to sit on and enjoy the sunrise & the sunset. The beach is around the corner and wonderful.
