The most delightful and relaxing stay in Hong Kong. The staff made everything seamless, the executive lounge is a nice add-on to the already superb breakfast buffet. I heard that locals would come for the seafood buffets but I am not a fan of sea food so didn’t get to try it. The room is spotless, and service is prompt! Even though it is close to the airport, the noise level is probably DB10! Feel like home and rest so well. The hotel provides free shuttles to the airport and to the local MTR....

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff! The hotel is connected to Langham Place mall so easy to go shopping without dealing with hot, humid weather. Very convenient location: the airport (A21) bus stop and Mong Kok station are 4-5 minute walk while restaurants, shops, markets are all nearby. Overall great hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The lobby is extremely small so you have to go through people to get to the elevators (not really convenient if you have lots of luggage). Staff and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The area around the hotel can be quite seedy at night. Despite, these small issues we would stay again as a layover.

My stay in Hong Kong was truly amazing, and I was always able to get good sleep while touring Hong Kong to visit family and friends.

I thought the cleaning staff was great. The place is always spotless. I love how all the staff is fluent in multiple languages. My only complaint is that the design of the tub. It's really hard to pull the knob to switch the water from the faucet to the hand held spray. Also the tub drains very slowly.

The hotel boasts a prime location with excellent transportation links. The hotel facilities are new, and there's a Michelin-starred Vietnamese restaurant downstairs with surprisingly affordable prices. The hotel's decor is stylish, and the staff are friendly and professional. This time, I chose a higher floor with stunning views of the Victoria Harbour skyline. A truly comfortable stay. Great hotel for our Disney stay. Room was perfect size for the family. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool is great for kids of all ages. A great way to spend the morning before heading to the parks. Shuttle bus to the park is frequent, the walk to the park is 15 mins and nice when it’s not too warm.
