"Didn't care for the cockroach that my wife killed. But we didn't see anymore after that, but they could be around. The place was very nice, and the staff were very friendly"

"The staff was kind and courteous. The room had a bench and Room Service didn’t come to clean the room or make the beds. The only thing the room service provided was extra towels when needed, and they took out the garbage. The only amenity was the pool and access to the beach. Although they provided a hot breakfast, that two was very limited. It included waffles, eggs, and grits. It also included tea and coffee. There was no real lounging area. In order to get breakfast, you had to leave the building and go to another building. I personally would not go to this hotel again in the near future. I would consider other options."

"Room was dirty. Dust all over. Behind the bed was dirt below the bed was dirt. Behind drawer and night stand. When asked for a clean room we were told that the guy is not moving from his counter that we are asking to much. We left early due to this issue."

"the property was very clean and the amenities were nice. we did speak to the staff because we were having problems in the elevator and got stuck in it three times and had to call for help and the front desk didn’t seem to concerned about it at all. they didn’t shut the elevator down or anything. we spoke to them twice about it and nothing was fixed and the didn’t apologize to us or anything. we were stuck in the elevator for ten minutes and they didn’t care. other than that everything else was okay"

"The first room we received was on the 2nd floor “ocean view”. While yes I could see the ocean it wasn’t high enough to not be blocked by the pool. After checking out the view I turned to look at the actual room. Not terrible, but also not at all what I saw online. Then I saw the “seashells” on the table between the beds. I went to take a closer look and come to find out they were not seashells but fake fingernails someone left behind. We went right back to the front desk and asked for a new room. Yay! We got moved to the 19th floor. While no fingernails on the nightstand, this room was much more rundown and outdated than the first room. The toilet lid was broken, everything in the bathroom was rusted and the breaking point for me was the stained bath towels. We ended up staying one night but the next morning we went and found a new hotel. I noticed when we checked in that there’s an early check out fee, at first I thought that was strange, but after my one night, I understand."
