Par contre, nous avons voulu un upgrade pour un plus grand lit ou une chambre à lit double mais la seule solution pour y arriver était de prendre une seconde chambre... le problème étant que la réservation avait été faite et payée via Hotel.com. L’hôtel n'a jamais voulu accepter un paiement supplémentaire pour conclure l'upgrade. Nous avons donc dormi dans un plus petit lit!!! Chambre (Deluxe King) vaste, propre plutôt bien équipée avec SdB séparée avec baignoire. La chambre donnait sur la rue donc assez bruyante... même la nuit (passage des éboueurs, traffic tôt le matin). Accueil un peu réservé mais les cookies offerts à l'arrivée sont sympas!
