"Great location and nice property. Disappointed that none of the summer amenities of the lake were available during my stay. I feel that I paid Summer rates and the dock, canoes and kayaks and other lakes amenities were inaccessible . We were unable to fish off the dock, and that was a disappointment.. Minor suggestions: install a functional drip coffee maker, and provide some kind of ability to hang clothes in the downstairs bedroom"

"Such a magical place. Attention to detail was amazing. We cooked a great dinner on the grill down at the lower deck with a nice evening fire and a glass of wine. I was so looking forward to an outdoor shower and this one really hit the mark, a great treat. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to our hosts Tom and Lisa. We will be back. "We stayed here for two nights and found it very comfortable and well equiped. We came in for a concert (Springsteen) and wanted to stay somewhere close to the venue. This was perfect, only a 10 minute drive. It's also close to some fantastic restaurants and excellent grocery stores. It's such a unique home and suited us well."

"My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week at this cozy cottage. John is an amazing host who even shared his streaming service account so we could watch football! Everything is comfortable in the home with every amenity provided. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space, especially the chairs on the dock and kayaks! "Cottage was clean but you should be aware there is limited closet space. Fine for a shorter stay, Fire pit was nice. Neighbors are close as is usually the norm for these types of cottages. Overall the noise level was fine."

"Stayed 4 nights with my husband and 2 young adult daughters. Great cottage with ample space to lounge and play games. Had all our kitchen needs. Amazing view of the lake sitting in the living room or outside. Bathroom was very tiny as described, but able to have hot showers! I grew up in Massachusetts and had no idea how breathtakingly beautiful the finger lakes area is. My only recommendation is for a couple of stand up fans to help with sleeping in the 2 bedrooms without window a/c units. "
