"Anytime I’m in Cincinnati visiting my son at college I stay here. The staff is so accommodating like the best I’ve ever seen. They have secure parking in a garage that you can park your car even before your room is ready and if they have availability, late checkout of noon. which is really nice."

"Great space! Decor is especially cool if you enjoy rock music. Felt like our own R&R HOF! Laundry facilities were a plus. Tons of spices in the kitchen and loved the frosted mugs in the freezer! Driveway and off street parking was very helpful, as well! Host was very responsive and the video preview was great. Also had a nice folder with everything you need to know about the house and surrounding area. My teenager loved the dormer bedroom! Great experience!"

"It was a pleasure staying at this property. The home was very clean and conveniently located. Kris was excellent with communication and made the check-in process smooth and easy. He even provided snacks for us to enjoy during our stay, which was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay again!"

"Nice place, good price. Though listed, there is no double sofa bed. There's a sofa but it isn't a bed. No shampoo or soap. Dispensers were empty. Had to go to the store to purchase. But overall, it was good. We'd stay again, with those caveats."

"Basic inner city home. Bathroom, kitchen sink, bed linens, and frig were clean. But, sticky stuff on the bedroom floor by the bed, visible something on the couch, aluminum foil under couch amongst other things. No light at the bottom of steep dark staircase. And the driveway is missing the left third of the driveway (about a 10 inch drop). Don't recommend pulling in with a car. Street parking was full for blocks in either direction. It was a place to sleep on our drive. Receipt says cleaning fee is 79 of total charge. He needs his money back from whoever is charging that. "

"This place was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for. While being so close to the city it did feel very secluded. We spent most of our time on the back deck and in the hot tub. It was a great experience.We also enjoyed the record player and small collection of vinyls as we got around each morning. The bed was very comfortable as well. We will book here again if it is available when we come back to Cincinnati!!Thanks for everything Adam!"
