Such a cool place! We loved the history of the building. It felt very cozy.

This hotel is a lovely find in downtown Tyler. Very quiet, nice rooms with lots of space. Would definitely return if we are in the area

10 out of 10 stars! We had a great stay at Sleep Inn & Suites Tyler South. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful both in the evening when we checked in and again the next morning when we needed a new iron. The hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful, and everything felt well cared for. We slept very well, the pillows were nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean but there was a very strong marijuana odor outside the rooms. Also, the front desk called the room to, very rudely, tell us only two people were allowed in the room. We were there for a funeral and were trying to be with family. They weren’t staying the night, just visiting, but it was a surprise and just didn’t sit well with us; it felt like we were being constantly being watched.
