Holiday Beach Vacation Packages

I had high expectations for this hotel. I chose it based on reviews and price (fairly high) I love a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, other than the price I would not consider this a luxury hotel. The decor is kitchy, dated, and way overdone. To me everything just seemed to be trying too hard and it all missed the mark. The upstairs restaurant was also over-done decor-wise and the food was tortured and complicated without being particularly good. Everything just came off as thirsty and cheap rather than high quality or luxurious. I cant explain it, but when you know you know. If you don't care about decor or vibes, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location and service are fine. Do park yourself though, lots are cheap just 1/2 block away.

A historic property that is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Wishing the windows had screens (to keep insects out). Towels are badly in need of replacing. Room was clean. Definitely need ear plugs if you’re sensitive to outside noise. Not likely to stay here again.

The good: Bed was good. Shower was great. Room was clean. Great location for visiting many wineries around the north end of the willamette valley. Generally a very quiet location. The not so good: They put us in a room by the elevator and it was very loud when people used it. Overall the room was too dark - needs overhead lights and better lighting for reading and packing. Also, when we checked in, we asked about relationships with area wineries. No one told us that the wineries in the building offer two for one tastings for the guests. We would not have learned that had we had not stopped in one of them.

Great property for our family vacation! Convenient layout, amenities, and an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen with both equipment and pantry staples. Property management was super - great communication and fast replies to questions. The beach at Arch Cape is wide open and uncrowded, with fun sea stacks, tide pools, streams, and fun things to explore at both ends of the beach. Would totally stay here again.
