Nice hotel although it was very with weddings which gave it a "train station" feel rather than a relaxing country house. Likewise the "fine dining" room lacked tablecloths which made it a little "cafeteria-like". But most of all - the bedroom was ridiculousy hot, even tho' it was cool/cold outside (17c): the bedroom windows were locked so that they open only 6 inches (supposedly for safety reasons - although there was zero chance of falling out). The hotel declined to open the windows and offered only 2 air fans which were of no use. The room temperature as 33c. This very much spoiled our stay: avoid rooms directly over the (very hot) spa facility !

Just stayed the one night. The only downside was fanning about with the self check in to then not have any card/keys available. Would have been useful to have a notice just telling you to come to desk instead!
