The staffs were great. Everyone is super nice and helpful. We like the authentic Mongolian breakfast they offered as well.

Great location and staffs.
This hotel’s service is excellent. The staffs are very helpful and professional. The driver Mr Zhao is very warm-hearted. He provides wonderful service during our stay.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Although a little dated, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to the airport. Good location and very good deal for the price!

The room's décor was slightly dated but all facilities necessary were available. The best aspect of the Holiday Inn Hohhot is its staff. They were the most helpful staff I've dealt with at multiple hotels in China and an asset to the hotel and Holiday Inn more generally. I especially appreciated the time taken to assist me with directions and the obvious care shown in the food from the staff member that provided me with room service - Excellent.

The hotel staff, particularly Oscar at the front desk, was absolutely fabulous. We could not have done it without him. His english was very good, his food recommendations excellent and he totally went out of his way to arrange transportation for us to get to the Grassland of Xilamuren. Lily was also a big help in the process and we are very very grateful and lucky to have had them both help us.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and special thanks to Ryan who used to work in Malaysia. The hotel needs refurbishment, the design and facilities were dated, but it was clean.

Nice, new hotel will only get better
We were delighted to find at least one person at this hotel spoke good English. She was very attentive to our needs and even gave great suggestions of what to see and what to eat. The hotel is new and the staff relatively raw but they are keen to please as long as you can get past the language barrier.

Great choice when in Hohhot
Great choice for Hohhot. The hotel is in the centre of town but it's easy to find cabs to take you sightseeing or to the airport at any time. There are plenty of restaurants choices from local food to Starbucks and McD nearby. Definitely recommend you stay here.

We had a Superior Suite, and were really surprised by how nice it was. The total area was huge, with an entry foyer, large bedroom area with king bed, sitting room area, and a gigantic bathroom suite, including a sauna!

Great Hotel/Great Location
The Holiday Inn was wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. The staff helped us with directions in Chinese for taxi drivers. They helped us with the computer and the staff in the restaurant were also very friendly. If I am every back in Hohhot, I will be sure to stay at the Holiday Inn.

Holiday inn was in walking distance to Muslim area. Taxi rude to museum took about 15 min. Taxi to grasslands took 1.5 hours. The hotel map is in Chinese but staff willing to help.

Good value hotel near the city centre.
This was my second visit to Hohhot. I didn't spend too much time in the hotel but found it a fairly good base to use. Didn't eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food. Staff efficient and courteous.

This was a great hotel. Service was well done and the room was clean and a good size. Hotel is close to a number of restaurants and not far from the train station and bus station.

Hotel is in great location in the city center!! Rooms are just ok, some how old… BUT CLEAN!! WIFI for free, and decent breakfast included. on the check out day I got free shuttle to airport!! I will recommend it!!

大変良いサービスを受けることができました。また泊まりたいホテルでした。 ・空港の送迎サービス 事前に電話で問合せたところ、英語の話せるスタッフから丁寧に対応してもらいました。送迎当日も時間通りに名前入りの紙を持ってきてくれてとても助かりました。 ・スタッフのホスピタリティ スタッフは英語を話せる方が常におり、話せない人がいても丁寧に対応してくれました。安心して滞在できました。 ・朝食 ビュッフェ形式で中華料理から洋食まで豊富な中から選ぶことができます。内モンゴル料理コーナーもありました。味はどれも美味しかったです。子供向けの料理もありました。 ・お部屋 清潔でした。無料のボトルの水が置いてありました。ただ、シャワールームのドアが閉まりづらかったです。でも外に水はこぼれないので問題ありません。ドライヤーは袋の中が少し濡れてしまっていました。 ・ホテルの立地 大通りの近くにありますが、私たちの部屋は通りに面しておらず、外の音は気になりませんでした。道路の向かいにコンビニやバス停もありますし、便利な所だと思います。寺院群まで歩いていくことができました。 ・旅行者へのアドバイス ホテルからGmailを確認することはできないそうなので、自分の連絡先として電話番号が使えなければ、WeChat のアドレスを持ってると良いです。 素晴らしい滞在となりました。どうもありがとうございました。

なかなか快適です
布団がふかふかで気持ちがよかったです。 きちんと掃除してあり、清潔ですが少し古いかも。 歩いてすぐ、清真寺があったり、食事するところに困りません。 空港への無料シャトルバスサービスがあり、チェックイン時にお願いしました。 朝6:15出発で、3名しかいなかったからか、普通の乗用車で送ってくれました。

호텔도 청결하고 방도 크고 생각외로 만족했습니다. 저녁 늦게 들어가 아침 일찍 나오느라 주변시설을 보지 못했지만, 불편함은 없었습니다. 침대도 꽤나 커서 너무 편하게 쉬다 온 듯 합니다.
