« Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train...

« Hjälpsam och trevlig personal som löste att vi bokat fel och råkat boka ett singelrum för 3 personer. Vi fick ett dubbelrum och ett enkelrum bredvid varandra och sonen blev helnöjd över eget rum. Stupava är ett mysigt litet samhälle med supergod gelato utanför hotellet och gångavstånd till flera restauranger med bra service och god mat. Bra parkering på innergården av hotellet. »

Friendly staff, everything you need as far as the room goes, incl aircon which was very welcome given it was 34 degrees that day. There was plenty of choice in the restaurant. Breakfast was fine. « When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from...

« Even though the room was clean, there were people smoking outside the property and the smell penetrated the room big time. Other guests were very noisy (talking loudly until 5 am or so). It appeared that the TV had been broken for a long time. No internet. Yes, there’s free parking on the street but only between 10 pm and 9 am. The price was good, and the place served the purpose. Not sure if I would stay there again though. »
