![This are beautiful buildings on the Market Square of Antwerp. This houses are not the original ones because part of this square burned down in 1576. « The B&B in itself is average/basic compared to what I have previously experienced in Belgium. However, the problem arose upon leaving the place. a) the departure time from the room was supposedly 11 AM, but the cleaner turned up at 10 AM, so I had to leave the room one hour earlier than planned. b) I wanted to store my luggage to walk around more freely, but the access information of the luggage storage were incorrect, and I could not access it. I messaged the owner twice, called three times,...

Le petit déjeuner était au top (et le collaborateur en charge du buffet aussi) Pour ne pas mettre 100 % 😊, un peu de rangement en plus dans la chambre serait bienvenu »

"Globalement bien. La chambre propre, la salle de bain moins bien (matériau qui rouille). Le lavabo situé en dehors de la salle de bain. A priori il est prévu des travaux. Le personnel accueillant, à l'écoute. Une remarque concernant les photos sur votre plateforme quand on choisit une chambre. Ce n'est pas clair. On ne sait jamais quelle chambre on choisit ni quelle salle de bain correspond à la chambre car vous mettez toutes les photos les unes après les autres. De fait, en arrivant ce n'était pas la chambre que j'avais choisie. Heureusement nous avons pu changer. "

"une seule personne à l’accueil à l’heure des arrivées, les clients attendent. Quand j’ai fini par avoir ma carte clé, je suis monté à la chambre mais la carte ne fonctionnait pas. Retour à l’accueil. toujours qu’une seule personne. j’ai du aller chercher dans les étages une employée qui est retourné e à l’accueil pour activer la carte. personne ne s’emeut ni ne s’excuse. pour ce désagrément due à un oubli de l’employé seul et debordé."
