Historic Downtown Coronado Vacation Packages

We had a wonderful stay at The Sofia Hotel! The hotel has so much charm and character, and the location was incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do in San Diego. One thing that really stood out to us was the housekeeping. Our room was refreshed and tidied up every single day, which is something you just don’t find very often anymore! It was such a nice feeling coming back after a long day to a clean, refreshed room and a neatly made bed. Those little touches really made our stay feel special. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and overall we had a great experience. We would absolutely stay at The Sofia again on another trip to San Diego!

The room was super clean and spacious, air conditioning worked very well & the staff were knowledgeable, the roof top bar was a great place for Happy Hour. The breakfast has a good selection and the food was amazing. Everything was within walking distance so that was a real bonus. We would have enjoyed our stay quite a bit more if we didn’t hear our neighbour snoring very loudly for 5 night in a row. Doesn’t appear that the walls are very well insulated at all noise from the hall way was also a factor, the hotel door to the hallway had a gap so not very sound proof. Overall nice hotel just a few things that possibly could use some attention.

Great hotel with a lot of charm. We used both the hotel and restaurant and were very pleased. We travel to San Diego often and we were looking for a reasonably priced hotel with charm, quality amenities and great staff as our regular hotel and we have found this at the Beau! We plan on returning! Two minor recommendations: 1. Comfort of the bed was just ok, This is a tough one for you to please everyone, but bed mattress was a little too firm. 2. The wall air conditioner unit was great; however, the illuminated digital letters/numbers were very bright. We closed the window blinds to cover this bright light, but that also covered the conditioned air coming into the room. Seems like a simple fix?
