"We really enjoyed our stay at The Address Hotel Glasgow. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Ben, the barman, who was particularly friendly and excellent at his job. He really made us feel welcome. The wellness suite was excellent and a lovely added bonus to our stay. "Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room clean and had all modern amenities. Only issue I had was that the hotel was overbooked and I had no room for the first night when I arrived. Staff apologised, had a room at a nearby hotel booked, and arranged transport. An unfortunate incident but well handled"

Also, we were told by staff that we were not allowed to eat our takeout food at the large table in the lobby (away from the bar tables!), even though we had purchased drinks from the bar. We were disappointed by this comment as we wanted to enjoy the drinks and the lobby atmosphere."

"Paid for an executive room which had huge comfortable bed, nice bathroom but room itself was no bigger than a lot of standard rooms I've stayed in. Top floor with great view. Beside train station so need to close window at night but no issue with air con. Access to executive lounge which disappointingly had no basic alcoholic beverages but lots of tea/coffee/soft drinks and some snacks. All staff were very pleasant"
