"Lights would turn on in the middle of the night - staff said we know but we can’t do anything about it. It’s a condo complex that can’t sell so it’s a temporary hotel. It shows."

"It was absolutely clean and amazing. Is right on highway but also quite at the same time. I stayed 4 nights. The gym is very small but for using the treadmill who has a build in fan it was perfect. If I ever travel or have to stay in Austin, I will definitely come back. Breakfast was also great. Coffee is very light but u bring my instant espresso with me so it wasn’t a problem lol"

"I only expected a standard room when I booked it, but I had a one-bedroom townhouse with a working kitchen, dishes, etc., a dining table, and a very comfortable living room with a desk! The property is beautiful with high quality construction. Amazing."

"The front desk would not give us bottles of water because our Hyatt Status was not high enough. Offered to sell us water from the "H Mart" for $5 a bottle. It's a shame to lose a customer over a .25 bottle of purified water. We won't be going back. Housekeeping was unreliable."
