"Every team member that we encountered were friendly and professional. The lobby was welcoming and clean, as was the guestroom. Two suggestions I would offer would be - 1. Room darkening shades would be helpful. And 2. Our guestroom door could use some attention, as it was hard to close securely. But I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The photos on their website show nice clean rooms but that is not the case, at least for our “suite”. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the shower curtain smelled soured, the kitchenette sink didn’t work, there was someone else’s used bar of soap in the tub, the room reaked of Fabuloso cleaner. There were dead bugs under the A/C unit. Smudged mirrors. It’s an old property and is big, maybe the other rooms or buildings are better but I wouldn’t take my chances so I would not recommend....

"Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The beds had normal size pillows, and duvets. The stay was fine, front desk and staff were very nice. But even with the air condition on in the room for some reason it was extremely humid and muggy in the room. More so than outside. the weather was great. The bathroom light didn't work only the shower light, and the restaurant wasn't open anytime we were awake.if they were, it must've been very early in the morning, for a very short time because we were...

"The road to the hotel was under construction each night, preventing us from getting to the hotel and the staff never once mentioned it or acknowledged it being an issue that we would need to account for. Also the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast on Mondays or Tuesdays which is just weird! The breakfast was also very mid so just keep that in mind. Elevator is loud at night and can be heard through the walls if you are within two rooms of it."
