Clean room. Loved the easy shuttle from the airport that they provided.

Parking

Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful service.

The staff treated me like royalty from the time I arrived until they shuttled me back to the airport. They were always friendly and offered great advice on everything I asked (eating places, tourist sites, shopping advice). There was a very minor issue with the room and they gave it the attention that I'd expect for a major issue. They made it clear that they appreciated my presence in their hotel and that is priceless!

Nice stay

Staff was probably one of the best I ever experienced, hotel is very clean, comfortable, a pleasure to stay at.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Nice property ans good service.

Very comfortable very clean very quiet great location very hospitable very clean

Room was clean, no pool though. When I stayed there was a large hole in a downstairs room, looked like it was hit by a car. No impact on my stay however. Laundry for guests was a definitely a benefit.

Everything at Motto was amazing! We will be staying with them at the Motto on all our future trips to Bentonville. Outstanding service, beautiful design and building, reverse osmosis water, nature soaps, paper cups! Thank you!
