"Excellent Airport hotel. Very convenient to take the underground tube from Hatton Cross station which is just across the street to Heathrow airport. Well staffed reception with helpful and polite people. Good amenities including a restaurant and bar. Would definitely recommend if catching a flight the following day. "

"Well maintained, nice restaurant, good fitness, pool and spa options, courteous staff. Executive lounge is a beautiful addition. Paid Parking is not very attractive. Expensive laundry, would be better to have an onsite affordable laundry options."

"Good place to stay. Staff could have been more friendly and informative, but awesome place to stay. Take bus 111 to Heathrow for 2 pounds instead of 14 pound direct bus. Same thing and only takes a few minutes. From Heathrow, you can take the tube downtown and then take the 111 back to the hotel. That’s the most cost efficient way to travel to and from the hotel. An uber from the last tube station was around 17 pounds as there is no direct route and there is no bus directly from the tube station. Take the tube to Heathrow, then go to the bus station at the airport. From there, take bus 111 for around 2 pounds. "

"We had a fantastic stay here before our flight. The reception staff were amazing (Dev and a lady with name beginning with S- sorry can’t remember). The rooms are a bit dated but still a comfortable. Would stay again."
