"Home was clean and mostly pet friendly. The back yard was a little challenging with pets as my dogs wanted to constantly walk through all the plants instead of staying in the grass path. I would suggest adding a TV in the other bedroom to be more family friendly. Personally, the bed in the room with the TV was not as comfortable for me. I move around alot and with the foam mattress topper, I felt like I sank into one spot on the bed and was confined in that spot. Other than those, it was a nice stay."

"HIGHLY recommend! What an amazing stay. We came to High Point for freshman orientation and just needed something nearby and affordable. Instead, we walked into a condo that felt like a boutique hotel. The retro‑meets‑modern design was gorgeous, and the customizable LED lighting at the kitchen table was such a fun, unexpected highlight. Everything in the condo was high quality: the appliances, the lighting, the beds, even the sofa. The remote‑controlled features were convenient and thoughtful, and the instructions for everything were so well written that we never had a single question. As rental owners ourselves, we were impressed enough that we took notes for our own property. We were only in town briefly, so we didn’t get to explore everything — like the patio — but everything we did experience was absolutely perfect. We didn’t need to reach out during the stay, but Don was incredibly responsive and helpful before we arrived. This place exceeded every expectation. Go Panthers!"

"We lucked out they were willing to take us last minute when our original rental canceled on us less than 24hrs before we landed, it was greatly appreciated. It was set up nicely for each of us to have our own room & a safe & comfortable place to sleep after our busy competition days."

"House was spacious enough for our 3 families to stay and had enough rooms/ beds for proper sleeping arrangements. Kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as I’ve seen in other rentals. No large pots to boil pasta, only one large skillet and griddle. Plenty of plates, bowls and cups and eating utensils. Grill and griddle like a blackstone on patio. Few griddle tools. And griddle was pretty dirty and needed cleaned and reseasoned which we did. One propane tank was full. Yard area spacious with hammock. House was clean but needs a few touch ups to replace some broken items like floor vent covers. Smoke detector disconnected on main floor and upstairs only had one. No plug in upstairs master en-suite bathroom which we found strange. Lots of closets but few hangers. Overall this property worked for our group with some adjustments. Host was good to work with and responsive."
