Pablo was very professional. He assisted his coworker Terry when he needed help all whilst checking me in. I was charged twice for incidentals but both charges fell off by Monday. No information was given about amenities at check in but signage provided information about the bar and times of operation. It want until we got to the room that we saw out of our window that the pool was green so we assumed it was out of order at the time. The downside to the room, there was no full body mirror. This really placed a damper on things considering we were attending a party. Other than that the property should be fine in the future.

I checked in an hour after check in time and the room they assigned me was not ready. There were no towels in the room and the bed was unmade. The pool was under construction and unavailable. The front desk staff was effecient but thats it. Not very friendly or welcoming. The information about the hotel and accomodations was recited in a robotic fashion as if they were a recording.My stay overall was mediocre.
