The location and views of the property were excellent. The carpet and cabinets were a little dated, but overall our stay was fantastic.

My family really enjoyed the waterpark and all the amenities like the restaurants and bakery. The arcade and bowling alley is geared specifically towards small children so my 3 and 4 year old had tons of fun. The staff and customer service is the only thing I considered low on the scale. They don’t include cleaning service and when asked if they could simply vacuum the room, they required a $30+ charge. I thought that was a bit ridiculous as it isn’t a cheap hotel and we stayed for 6 nights. Aside from that I really enjoyed the stay.
