"Everything was good except for the people at the hotel having a car convention. They were very loud until at least 10:45pm. The hotel staff got them to quiet down the 2nd night after 8pm and it was better."

"Very cute and comfortable cabin. Wonderful views. Paved road up to the driveway was a real plus! Great for me and my husband and our beagle Buttercup. The pack porch has a gate and the railings are not open so you can have your dog sit outside with you easily. Had every amenity needed -including a paper clip!!! Very close to Dillsboro by car. Cute shopping and restaurants. Instant hot water heater was appreciated. Great cabin vibe but not too “rustic”. Also appreciated that the yard and the side of the road was mowed so you could walk outside with your pet without going into tall vegetation, but you still felt like you were in the woods. "

"PROS: Desk staff was courteous/ friendly; Convenient location to Sylva; Quiet; Plenty of outlets in room CONS: Dirty bathroom floor (had a lot of hair from previous occupants - uncertain if pet or human); Holes in linens on bed; Bed mattress was in terrible condition (far too soft, due to long-term use - on one side there was a permanent indentation, which made sleep difficult and uncomfortable) NO INFO: Breakfast, because we did not eat Overall I would not go again. The bathroom floor clearly had not been swept well or at all, which made us wonder how much had actually been cleaned. The mattress, though, was the absolute worst we have ever slept on. We are still stiff and sore after two nights of sleeping on it. There is no excuse for a mattress that is so worn down it has giant, deep indentations where someone is sleeping. Unacceptable."

"Taking a shower there was excellent the water pressure was strong and felt good. Bathroom a little small but overall I enjoyed my stay there. I book this place again and stay there "

"We were checked into a dirty room. Most of the floor had open latches and dirty rooms at 3:00 in the afternoon. We were then given another room that smelt like smoke, was not that clean. Had a cigarette burn in the sofa, a punched out screen like someone was just smoking in there. Breakfast was the same every day, a waffle machine, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal to make, or a few pastry bread items. Coffee was poor. We booked a queen bed, but seemed very small for my husband and me. It only had 3 pillows. There was a dog behind the property that barked 2/3 nights. The floor smelt like pot. Pool was still covered. Would try another property in the future. "

"This is such a great property! The cabin is so inviting and woodsy - just what you want in the mountains. It was very clean! You would never know it's dog-friendly because it's so clean. The back porch is such a nice, comfortable place to hang out with lots of seating and awesome view. The host is super nice, helpful and attentive. We have no complaints. It was a wonderful mountain get-away."
