"Our B& B host were awesome. Friendly , talkative and very willing to be helpful with any reasonable need. Thank you Linda and Ken for the added touch to our mini-getaway. Breakfast was timely and fantastic. There are soft drinks and bottled water available as needed during our stay and the room treats left each day were very tasty. In fact, I asked about one particular treat and once we returned home, we made them ourselves. ( Dolly's Strawberry cake mix, 8oz whipping cream ,one egg & powdered sugar.....simply and tasty) I would recommend a stay here . The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean and super bright WHITE. No issues with street parking in front of the B&B during any part of our 3 day/2 night stay. I don’t really have anything to point out that would need to be improved on, the Victorian charm of the B&B and its décor fit very well with the town of Boonville. Our main purpose of coming here was to visit Warm Spring Ranch and do two different tours of the Budweiser Clydes farm which is less than 15 mins away. Our morning walks ( 4 miles RT) on the Kathy Trail that is a few minutes walk from the B&B was very safe & peaceful"

"Handicap entrance sidewalk with craters in concrete . handicap parking on rear side of building a very long walk not easily handicapped accessible "

"Breakfast was limited. Encountered marijana smoke coming from a room. My wife is terrible allergic."

"Front desk was not open at our arrival. Had to call someone from the door and then they called someone to come down (waited about 10 min) open the front desk(roll up window) and check us in. Room pretty descent cleanliness but smelled musty Bathroom No shampoo or hand soap"

"Great for those a tight budget. Clean, comfortable and convenient to Columbia shopping and restaurants. Few amenities. Only electrical outlets was over the bathroom sink. "

"The parking lot and outside of building was unkept looking. The room was clean however, their was the old thermostat holder on the wall with no thermostat and that looked dangerous. Their were homeless ripe type of people in residence in the second building that looked like it should be abandoned. The photos online of the office are not the actual pics for this location, it's very deceiving. "
