It was the perfect size for our two families with young adults. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The communication with the project manager was perfect and she made sure we knew that we could contact her at any time with any questions that we had. The grass wasn't mowed, the landscaping is neglected and ugly, the porches and deck are dirty and the outdoor furniture isn't fit to sit on. They said they would clean with vinegar for me because of my chemical sensitivities and we walked in to an absolute chemical /fragrance soup! The smell was terrible strong! They said they would remove the air freshener plug-ins and they were still plugged in. The house was dirty. The baseboards are terribly dirty, the inside of the front door is very dirty as were the other doors. The bathroom door is dirty, the front of the oven is very dirty, the top of the stove needs a good cleaning, and so does the outside of the microwave. The top of the kitchen sink is dirty, the backsplash is streaked, the floors are dirty, my socks got very very dirty walking around in the house. Spiderwebs in the bedroom behind the door and in the corner where the floor lamp is plus just alot of dust and dirt and bugs there too. The windows are terribly dirty and don't open, also the windows on all the doors are fingerprinted and very dirty. Surfaces were dusty, like even along the back of the bathroom sink. There were no tea towels, no dish cloths, only one washcloth and we couldn't use that one because it smelled so strong. No paper hankies around. The outdoor door mats are very dirty, no rugs inside to wipe feet on. Please use unscented, nontoxic products in public places!! It's so necessary!! I got very very sick! ##### Dee H.
