"First, there were two ladies at the front desk, one with red hair and she was fabulous. The other one was very rude to me and my husband. It was extraordinarily loud throughout the entire night not to mention our air conditioner, wasn’t working properly and kept making a clunking sound every 20 minutes and I was told there’s nothing they can do about it and they could not move me I am a traveling nurse and I stay about once a month here and I have never experienced anything like this before very disappointing"

"I will say, that the establishment was well maintained and the staff very friendly. This was the first time, I had been to a hotel where the hallways and rooms didn't smell like feet and behind....And the breakfast dishes were awesome. I'm planning my family reunion stay at the Tru by Hilton, in Greenville, SC in July, 2026."

"This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love the staff the food. I love that they had a restaurant attached to the hotel which was excellent as well. The location is right across from the casino which made it nice and they also have a shuttle as well. Great place I will stay at it again."
