This two story, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has two bedrooms with Queen beds and one bedroom with a Queen bed and an extra long twin bed. There is a pull out sofa on the main floor and a roll away bed that can be placed in any room. The main floor living/dining area is spacious, with rich dark wood floors. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a 5 burner gas stove. There is a Keurig and a drip coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, tea pot, blender, mixer, cookware, a propane gas grill outside, and place settings for 10+. The second floor laundry room is also available for use. The enclosed porch is lined with windows that overlook the boat launch (across the street), and there is a pizza restaurant/full bar next door. The park/boat launch across the street has a great picnic area with outdoor grills, modern bathrooms, a playground for the kids, and a sandy beach for swimming. We also provide a seasonal pass to enter the park if you want to launch your boat. Please note that the house is located across the street from the lake, and there is not a place to dock your boat overnight at the boat launch. I've known Jeff for years—he’s a great family friend who we've come to know over the years as my parents live down the street on the lake. It was wonderful to spend some quality time with my small family during our holiday visit to my parents. The location was excellent and the place was so clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped , and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on a deck and watched the fireworks .
