Beautiful hotel in perfect location

Great hotel elegant boutique and private not massive more personalized.

The location is excellent, and I want to commend the front desk staff for how professionally they handled my concerns and helped de-escalate a very frustrating situation. Their response was appreciated. However, for a hotel charging approximately €330 for one night and marketed as a four-star property, I expected a higher level of comfort. The hotel operates a central heating and air-conditioning system, which meant I could not control the air conditioning in my room. Even when the weather outside is cool, guests should have the option of having air circulating in their rooms, particularly those who struggle to sleep in stuffy environments. The initial room did not meet my expectations, and although the staff moved me to what appeared to be an upgraded room, the underlying issue remained. I appreciate their effort, but the room change did not resolve my main concern. Overall, it wasn’t an entirely bad stay, and the excellent location and the front desk staff’s professionalism deserve recognition. However, based on my experience, I would consider this closer to a three-star hotel than a four-star property, particularly given the price point. There is a difference between a hotel’s advertised star rating and the level of comfort and facilities guests actually experience. With improvements to room comfort and greater clarity about the air-conditioning system before booking, the experience could be much better.
