Herstappe Vacation Packages

Shuttle doesnt run between 9am - 5pm. Hotel restaurant is closed for dinner on friday and saturdays and doesnt do lunch unless for large group request, fair enough as its a transit horel but just not anywhere super nearby to get food. Remedied it by walking to a local supermarket 1km or so away. Hotel very clean though and modern, can't complain about that and it was cheap.

Lovely stay at a beautiful luxery hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Overall a high end experience. Treat yourself !

Room was fine and acceptable standard. The staff were great and catered for all our needs. Very pleasing

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Perfect location. Good breakfast. Very clean. Rooftop bar. Everything waa good.
