Herron Island Vacation Packages

Stayed at Level several times and love it but the property (particularly guest rooms) are starting to seem like they need some maintenance / fixes from usage. I also do not recommend paying for any of the upgraded rooms offering an “office” which was a sliding wall in the bedroom or this time a second bedroom which was a bed wedged into a room with no table, shelf, closet or any space other than a large bed with a broken sliding door in front. The amenities are fantastic otherwise and the concept is great. Just hoping they improve the maintenance and either detail what the room upgrades actually are or charge considerably less for them.

Hotel was amaizing, however, first time gave a room already assigned to someone else, and after 30 mins they upgrade to a large room

We went up to the Mountain Club for cocktails, only to find that they were closing early because of "Mechanical problems " with the dishwasher. We got a drink, but since there are no other bars close by, it was an early evening.

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise it was good

Original rental had to be changed while already travelling; parking spot direction was incorrect; limited tools to use in kitchen; wifi didntnwork, didnt have apace to sit outside as original booking did; there was an oder in the house bathrooms. Not sure if alternate u unit was better or equal to original rental.
