I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Dresden Neustadt. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short visit. The location is convenient, close to the city centre and easy access to local shops. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which made the experience smooth overall. The hotel itself is simple but well maintained, and it offers good value for money. Overall, a solid choice if you’re visiting Dresden and looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay.

Beautiful property and room (we were in the main building) with A/C. Dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. Great experience! Parking is limited - there are a few spots along the drive up to the hotel; otherwise, I was told there was a bigger spot but it was a bit of a walk. The room key is attached to a HEAVY weight, which is hard to carry in your pocket. I was told you could leave it at the desk daily. Another note, the elevator is down 3 steps so that could be a problem for some. Overall, we loved this castle-like hotel overlooking the river with beautiful sunsets!

The hotel is in a great location, central to the old town and both walking distance and on the tram route to the inner neustadt, which was really fun to visit. The train station was about a 20 minute walk away. Everything was clean and modern in a historic building. Breakfast was great, complete with complementary mimosas. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Booked on morning of my stay. When I arrived in afternoon, staff were unaware of my booking and nearly locked up and went home? Room adequate for a night. Didn’t get evening meal/ breakfast due to work

Clean, convenient, affordable and friendly. The breakfast was great. Lots of selection. The staff makes this hotel outstanding. So helpful. They consider all your needs and are attentive. The rooms are spacious and very nice. This is a great town and this place is highly recommended for your next trip
